Each button starts a targeted refresh (not a full rebuild of every feed). Chat / bot pulls stay local and do not use Actions minutes.
After an update starts, wait a few minutes for the Action to pull data, rebuild the static site, and deploy. Last run under each button updates when that Action finishes publishing (this page also refreshes the stamps automatically).
